The role involves assisting the store teams on marketing stands and activities in order to promote the Ready Steady Store brand.

Applicants must have a flexible approach to work and be available on Fridays in addition to 2-3 other afternoons each week. There will be some Saturday work. It is anticipated that this role will involve working up to 16 hours each week, dependant upon business needs.

The successful applicant will possess a high degree of self motivation together with excellent communication skills. They will be confident and comfortable in approaching people at marketing events.

There is potential for successful candidates to be developed to work within the stores.

We are seeking outgoing individuals to assist with our Customer Services.

Currently working five days out of six (Monday - Saturday) on a rota basis, the Customer Services Sales Advisers in our Customer Contact Centre play an integral role in supporting the stores throughout the UK, to meet the needs of our customers and maximise sales opportunities.

The successful applicant will possess a high degree of self motivation together with excellent communication and customer service skills. They will have a proven track record of telesales and a sound knowledge of call centre operations. They will also be proficient in the use of computers.

They will be responsible for selling storage over the telephone, providing first class customer service, dealing with follow up calls and promoting customer loyalty.

Applicants must have a flexible approach to work and be prepared to work five days out of seven, and shifts into the evening as the department may in the future extend its opening hours.

We are seeking outgoing individuals to assist with our Leeds Headingley store.

Currently working five days out of seven on a rota basis, the Assistant Manager will play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager to meet the needs of our customers and maximise sales opportunities.

The successful applicant will possess a high degree of self motivation together with excellent communication and customer service skills.  They will also be proficient in the use of computers, and have some supervisory or management experience in retail or customer services.

You will be responsible for selling storage space both face to face and over the telephone, providing first class customer service, dealing with account payments and receipt and dispatch of customers goods.  You will also be responsible for the Health & Safety within the store.

Applicants must have a flexible approach to work and hold a full clean driving licence as this role will be based at Headingley but covering both Leeds stores as required.
