We are working with a leading security specialist to monitor the store to ensure that our customers and their belongings are kept safe. They will observe the store, including entrances and exits, and suspicious activity in the area.

Furthermore, our security team is fully prepared for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at any time of day or night.  

  • 24/7 services for CCTV monitoring, intruder alarms, fire alarms, access control monitoring, and control room services. Every customer will also be logged in and out of our facility through the access control system.

What changes can I expect to see with the new change? 

We’ve made some changes to improve your storage experience with us! Our stores have moved to more improved reception operating hours. This new change will not affect access to your unit. If you’re visiting during off hours, you can enter using the access code shown on your Bearbox app (App Store & Google Play) or log in to ‘My Account’ on our website.

We understand that security is a top concern for our customers. That’s why we have partnered with a renowned security specialist to monitor every site around the clock, including CCTV coverage across the entire facility, intruder alarms if anything should happen on or offsite, fire alarm monitoring for safety purposes, and access control panels to keep your possessions secure. 

Our experienced customer service team will remain available whenever you need help with your storage. Whether you have questions about accessing your unit or need assistance with billing or other issues, we’re here. 

What are the updated reception opening hours? 

All the information you need about when our reception is open and ready to assist you can be found here.

If you prefer to speak with an in-store staff member, ask them before 3rd April, and they will be happy to provide you with the updated schedule. 

We’ve also implemented a QR code system at our store gates. Simply scan the code with your smartphone. It will take you to the most up-to-date information about our reception opening hours. 

Which stores will be impacted? 

Here’s what you need to know: 

  • Some store receptions will remain unchanged. If your store is one of these, you won’t need to worry about any changes to the opening hours. 
  • Some store receptions will close entirely. If your store is one of these, we apologize for the inconvenience. However, please note that you can still access your storage unit during access hours. 
  • Finally, some store receptions will remain open every other day. This ensures that we can provide exceptional service and convenience to all our customers while accommodating any necessary adjustments.

Why are the gates closed?  

We have recently moved to more improved reception operating hours to provide our customers with the best storage experience possible. 

However, if you need to access your storage unit outside of our reception operating hours, don’t worry! You can still gain entry via the Bearbox app (App Store & Google Play), which is convenient and easy to use. Download the app and follow the instructions on how to access your unit with your access code.   

We understand that this may be an adjustment for some of our customers. Still, we assure you it’s all part of our commitment to providing a better storage experience.  

I’m at the store, but your gates are closed. How do I access my unit? 

We’ve got you covered! In case you need to access your storage unit outside our reception opening hours. In that case, you can enter via the Bearbox app (App Store & Google Play), which is convenient and easy to use. 

Download the app and follow the instructions to access our gate and your unit. It’s a quick and hassle-free process that will allow you to quickly get in and out of your storage unit. 

I want to get some boxes, but your reception is closed, how can I buy some?  

We have a range of sturdy and flat-packed solid boxes available online at our box shop
