We proudly announce that Ready Steady Store has been nominated as a finalist in two 2023 SSA UK Awards categories! Our Doncaster store has been selected as one of three finalists for the ‘UK Multi-Site Operator Store of the Year Award’, and Tina Sheridan, our Northampton Store Manager, has been chosen as one of five finalists for the ‘UK Manager of the Year Award.’
2023 Self Storage Association Awards
Established in 1995, the Self Storage Association (SSA UK) is the principal trade association representing both self storage operators and industry supplier members’ interests in the UK. The association seeks to promote best practices and facilitate the growth of one of the UK’s fastest-growing alternative asset-based industries. Over 80% of the self storage stores in the United Kingdom are members of SSA UK, along with many suppliers to the sector, and currently has over 500 members from storage operators and suppliers to the industry.
The SSA UK Awards is one of the most prestigious award events in the self storage industry. Chosen from multiple entries across numerous categories, our Doncaster and Northampton stores have been named finalists out of three and five, respectively. It’s an incredible honour for our staff and customers who have made this achievement possible through their hard work and dedication over the past year.
The awards provide a great opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate organisations within the industry who are making a difference, recognising hard work, achievements, and milestones of those who have contributed to the success of the organisation. The FEDESSA European Awards is a ceremony that recognises outstanding performance in the storage sector throughout Europe. As an organisation, its vision is to foster a culture of social responsibility and position the industry as a responsible and ethical market.
