Thames Valley Partnership is an established charity who work to ensure victims of crime, those involved in criminal activity and families impacted by crime have the support they need to take control of their lives and make positive changes.
The challenge
For Thames Valley Partnership, the services and support they offer to their clients and users is crucial in helping them to be heard and offering victims, offenders and their families in crisis more sustainable, long term solutions. For the charity, their main challenge lies in the huge amount of donated items they receive from the community and being able to safely – and securely – store items before they can be shared with their service users.
The solution
Since December 2015, the charity has occupied a 60sq ft unit in our Tring Road store, which allows them to store items for easy access at all times by their team. Our self storage units provide volunteers with the perfect place to not only store the donations of clothing, toiletries and goods they regularly receive, but also to sort through items and bag them up into parcels to send to individual clients.
