 –  "Costs as described at initial enquiry turned out to be different when we reached check-in, therefore not a fair price comparison with other companies. Specifically, Insurance turned out to be £3.50, yet initially told (and confirmed by phone when I rang to query it) that it would be £2. Also, assured 24 hour access, but not told that there would be an additional fee for this. I had originally understood that we could organize our own insurance, but told on check in that this wasn't the case. Not impressed with the broken access door at the branch at the time. The gentleman who dealt with us was polite and efficient, but issues above were a disappointment"

 –  "If I could have put 0 stars I would have. My second debit payment was returned to me by a fault of your own, which you admitted was your own fault. I was unable to get in over the weekend to pay (you aren’t open on sundays) I was locked out only one day after my payment was rejected due to an error on your part, no one told me I was going to be locked out so I had to find out by coming all the way down there in a van I had hired. I had taken a day off to get important things out and was unable to get them and this cost me money also. I was given a weak apology and offered a £15 credit which I have yet to see which in no way covers my costs of being locked out. When I enquired about adding an extra two weeks to my storage today I was given incredibly vague and overly complicated story about how this wouldn’t be possible and treated as if I was trying to run a scam by wanting less than 4 weeks. I am moving to another storage place at great inconvenience to myself as this is easier and cheaper than trying to negotiate or even get a straight answer to a price enquiry for staying with you. I won’t ever use your company again and will recommend you anyone who asks me to go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I just spent almost an hour on the phone trying to get a price per week for an extra two weeks and still don’t know the answer to this simple question. I rang another storage company and they told me a reasonable and very competitive price (half of what you charge) in ten minutes so I’m really confused at why this was so hard for you to do. I also found the manner of the person I talked to today to be very patronising and felt that their agenda was to get as much out of me as possible by selling me time I have no use for, quite transparently. I can’t understand this method of service as I was very keen to stay at your storage place but felt that I was being actively resisted."

Secondly if I had a problem with the service I wd obviously contact the people concerned.i don't need to waste my discussing it again . Thirdly Staff members I dealt with were friendly helpful and professional but unfortunately got three different quotes with 3 different staff members each one more expensive so after moving in to storage I've ended up over £5 per month more than first original quote"

 –  "The service was good but the storage was on the second floor right at the end when I booked on the phone there was no mention that the storage was on two floors and the one I had was on the second floor The removal men charged extra time for having to load furniture into the lift then trolley it down to the end of the facility on second floor"
