Super simple
Booking and check in was really simple, we visited for the first time on a Sunday when it wasn’t staffed but this didn’t make anything awkward, the instructions on the email were easy to follow. The unit and venue were clean and there were trolleys at the door ready for transporting the items to the locker.

Excellent customer service over the phone and booking in on line was simple. When we arrived on the Saturday the process to find our unit was easy. Very clean building.

Overall very satisfied.
Good service, everything explained, personal id took a bit to sort out on line. Would be much better if there was some sort of lighting in the units.

The service from the staff was excellent, they explained how it all worked then showed me round & explained how to use the codes ,lifts ,gates etc, showed me how to fill the email out to get started, very good service & l bought some locks also, 5 star.
