Terms and conditions
By using the My Account (including Speedy Move-in) features on the Ready Steady Store website, you agree to below terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions of our website. If you do not accept our terms, please do not use the website or these features.
My Account sign-in
You must have already provided us with your email address, full name and postcode prior to using registering for My Account online. You are then required to enter this information and create your own password. When you use your email address and password you are authorising us to make any of the changes submitted online to your Ready Steady Store account.
Security
We will only allow you to log on and use the online account section of the site if you use your email address and password. You must make sure that nobody else knows your password, even one of our storage advisors. Please do not write them down. If you think that somebody may know your password, you can change your password immediately through the website. Please note that we are unable to reset your password over the phone.
Contacting you
You must give us a valid and up-to-date e-mail address. If you change your e-mail address, you should let us know by phoning us on 0800 321 3211.

Direct Debit updates
Updating your Direct Debit details can take up to 21 days. If you have any payments scheduled in the next 21 days, please contact us on 0800 321 3211 or call your local store. Direct Debit updates are not confirmed until confirmation is sent by email from directly from your local store.
Only the Ready Steady Store account holder can set up a Direct Debit Instruction using My Account. If you would like to set up a Direct Debit payment by a third party, please contact us and we will send you a paper Direct Debit Instruction to be completed by the payee and returned to us in paper format.
Invoice payments
We can accept payments online for storage invoices. Payments are taken via WorldPay and the following payment methods: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, JCB.
If your access has been denied and payments are made outside of our reception opening hours, (click here for the reception hours of your local store) then access will be reinstated the next day that our reception is open.
