Spin the Wheel

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Spin the Wheel promotion organised by Ready Steady Store. By participating, you agree to abide by these terms.

• The Promotion is open to customers who are 18 years or older.
• Employees of Ready Steady Store and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Participants must meet any additional purchase requirements specified for participation.
• Promotional campaigns and offers are available for a limited time only. The exact period for each promotion will be clearly specified at the launch of the campaign.

How to Participate

• Each participant may spin the wheel once.
• To qualify, participants must provide full name and email address.
• Only one discount is allowed per household.

   

Prizes

• Spin the wheel prizes are subject to variation and may be altered at Ready Steady Store’s sole discretion.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items unless otherwise specified.
• Ready Steady Store reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value if needed.

Prize Redemption

• Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of the spin, unless specified otherwise by Ready Steady Store.
• To redeem a prize, participants will get discount on screen and via email.
• Any prize not redeemed within 14 days will be forfeited.

General Conditions

• Ready Steady Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the Promotion process or results will lead to disqualification.
• Ready Steady Store is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize.

Privacy

• By participating, participants consent to the use of their information for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Ready Steady Store will not disclose personal information with third party sites.

Social Media Competition

• The competition is open to residents of England aged 18 and over.
• Employees of Ready Steady Store, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• No restrictions to how many times a person can enter.
• The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook, within 4 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
• Ready Steady Store will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
• The winner will need to pick up the prize at the nearest store and have a winner’s photo.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• Ready Steady Store’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Ready Steady Store reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of Ready Steady Store’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Ready Steady Store.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
