Storage reservations

Terms and conditions

A deposit of £10 is required to reserve a unit online.  This holds a unit of the size requested and guarantees the price quoted.  The £10 goes towards your first rental invoice when you move in with us.

We manage our available units very careful to ensure that we have the size agreed available for you.  However, on occasion it may be that the room size requested is not available.  In this instance, subject to availability we will give you a larger size room for the same price.

Storage reservations refund policy

If you no longer wish to take up storage with Ready Steady Store after completing the booking we will refund the £10 in full, so long as you inform us within 28 days of the transaction date. All you need to do is write to us at customerservices@readysteadystore.com

We will then confirm your refund and the £10 will be credited within five working days.

Box packs refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, please return unused items to us (within 28 days of receipt) and you will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise, less delivery costs. If you receive damaged goods or the items you received were not the items ordered we shall refund the delivery cost and arrange for the items to be returned to us at our cost. Your credit/debit card or Paypal account will be credited within five working days of the merchandise being received back at our facility. All storage packs must be returned unopened. If the items in question were purchased at a store and not online, as long as the items are unused and undamaged, we will either exchange or refund the items as appropriate at the store where the purchase took place, upon the production of a valid receipt.

Delivery information

Packing material orders take 3-5 working days to be delivered.

If no-one is available to accept the delivery, a card will be left to inform you how you can collect your parcel or arrange re-delivery. It is then your responsibility to arrange re-delivery with the delivery company.

Ready Steady Store accepts no liability if delivery is not made due to no one being available at the delivery address.
