You must finish setting up your storage account during Reception opening hours which are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5.30pm. Please note our reception is closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

When you arrive in-store, you will need:
Your form of photo ID – either a passport or full driving licence (you can confirm this on the next page).
Proof of your address – a paper utility bill or bank statement from the last three months (you can confirm this on the next page).
A letter from your insurance provider if you're planning to use your own cover. If you don't have cover, we can provide our own affordable cover in-store. Click here for more information.
Your bank details and a credit or debit card if you're setting up a direct debit.
A deposit of four week's rent plus your first four week's rent in advance. This can be paid by credit/debit card or cheque. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash for this initial payment. If you're paying by direct debit, the deposit only needs to be for the equivalent of two week's rent.
A padlock to lock your storage unit. You can buy these online or in-store.
